However if you are wanting something like a character, race, being + type Essence you merely need to touch them to make an instant copy.
You may also remake, remix, and meld essences together though like creating new ones it can take a fair amount of time.
Your body naturally oozes Essence(s) but you can turn this on and off and even control what portions of essences may be granted upon contact with you if any.
All Essences you have granted may be recovered, turned off, or even modified whenever you wish.
Naturally, Essences of a type drift towards conceptually similar areas fists for combat, head for mind, heart for will, lower bits for sexual ones, etc however with practice you may freely control where they appear.
