You may isolate yourself and your target(s) in a dimension which you control in its entirety, including time, space, life, death, matter, anti-matter, etc.
This includes animating the inanimate and vice versa, creating life, changing pre-existing life, creating husks to manipulate, linking item/beings together and more.
You may also freely, and perfectly, manipulate the minds and souls of anyone you have brought to your dimension, so much so that they won't even be able to tell the voice in their head is not themselves even if they should.
You are an eldritch being as such you may have any form you so wish and any number you wish, and should you desire it you may take seemingly mundane forms such as that of an adorably perfect cat that won't drive your unsuspecting victims mad at a glance.
Once you have consumed someone, they truly are gone, no lingering will or mind to resist or rebel, though you may still keep the power and or whatever benefits a being such as yourself may gain from consuming humans.
