Before the seed can be planted, a theme must be selected. This can range from fire to a power system to something as complex as multidimensional immortality and upwards.
Once planted, the seed will grow endlessly, but this rate of growth can be slowed by a number of factors, such as it's initial power scale/complexity, so the more cheat-like it is at the start, the slower it'll grow.
Powers will grow as they are used and grow to accomplish whatever task they, or the thing they are hosted in are trying to accomplish, developing new abilities or branches to better and more effectively do those tasks.
Seeds planted in the ground will grow into power plants, that generate seeds based on their theme, and if you wish, you may even cross-pollinate with both normal and other power plants to create new/different types of powers the plants will attack those you deem unsuitable to receive powers should a person(s) attempt to harvest or uproot them.
You can at any time withdrawal your gifted power buds, and fully integrate the full network of power the bud has grown into yourself, this can harm, kill, or be a simple harmless removal of power depending on your wants.
Only you are capable of holding growth boosting power buds and outside of you all powers that cause mutations in their hosts will be treated as transformations and revert to previous standard when removed.
You are immune to negative body, mind and soul manipulation and attempts to use powers you granted against you will empower you.
You may be placed in a verse/world of your choosing. However, you will be stuck there until you develop dimension traveling abilities at which point the Omniverse will be open to you and you may bring any one or thing you wish with you.
