The rate of regeneration takes one full hour from empty. The size and regeneration rate of this reactor/core will improve with use and training. Even passively both will improve at a rate of one percent each day. The Quality will also improve, becoming denser with each passing day by one percent. This reactor/core will also adapt to new sources of energy, and your control over the reactor/core and all energies, both new and old is near perfect. with training making it perfect and absolute. While it is easy for you to use the powers granted by this Essence easily with magic, other forms of magic not granted by this Essence are left to you to figure out their use. You could create powers like healing and restoration auras.

• You will be transported to any world of choice that will see you greatly benefiting from the powers of this Essence. Your descendants will acquire the powers of this Essence at any level you want. Either all of it, the basic level, or even select abilities you designate as packages, so you don't have to choose for each one. Though all your descendants gain your limitless potential and protection, there is no need to worry about using your descendants to target you or your lineage. You may also set up their abilities on conditions such as only being used for good or only being used for a true and just cause. Failure to meet these conditions if placed will result in them losing their powers until they make changes.
