AI summary
Gives you combat skill equal to any character from Madness Combat, a one-time body makeover removing all defects and giving you the look you want — optionally with detached floating hands and no arms — and the ability to transform into an Employer and back at will. As an Employer you appear as a human of shadow and flame with two glowing eyes in a colour of your choosing, though that is only appearance-deep since the mortal mind cannot process what you truly are; you can shapeshift into anything from a dragon to a giant fist in your colour scheme, conjure weapons and guns from midair, teleport short distances, and act as the living avatar of and gateway to another dimension that doubles as the afterlife, where you are lord and master, patrolled by Retainers with immense regeneration and telekinesis that can be temporarily depleted, and you know how to build Improbability Drives along with the code they use to hack reality. You also receive the Keystone Fragment halo, with which you are permanently 100% compatible unlike the Auditor, granting a black arc of electricity that utterly erases enemies plus a weaker lightning-bolt version, and a telekinetic shield that stops bullets and blunts an RPG hit, though the blast will still send you flying.

Effects
26You gain skill and ability in combat the equal of any of the characters from the Madness Combat animations or games.
Gain a one time makeover of your body, removing any defects, flaws, and unwanted blemishes, while also giving you the look of your dreams. Optionally, you may have no arms, simply possessing hands that float at arm's length.
Gain the ability to transform into an Employer whenever you want, as well as transform back.
As an Employer, you look like a human comprised of shadow and flame with two glowing lights (in a color of your choosing) for eyes, but this is only appearance deep. In reality the mortal mind is unable to comprehend your true appearance and simply makes the best approximation it can.
You can shapeshift, taking anything from the form of a dragon to a large fist. Any form you take has a similar color scheme to your default form.
You can create weapons and guns out of nothing, causing them to form in midair.
You can do short-range teleportation, going from one end of an hallway to another or appearing behind an enemy.
You are the living avatar of and gateway to another dimension, which is also the afterlife. Inside this dimension, you are lord and master and can manipulate it just about however you want. The S-3LF (soul) of everybody who dies is sent to this dimension unless intercepted somehow, and you can also send the living here as well.
This dimension is patrolled by special minions of yours, known as Retainers. Retainers have immense regenerative abilities and telekinetic powers, but if both are taxed too far, they can temporarily lose the ability to use them.
As an Employer, you know how to create Improbability Drives, devices that hack the machine that is reality, and the programming code they use to do so.
You get a halo, the Keystone Fragment, which gives you several abilities.
You are 100% compatible with the Keystone Fragment, and unlike the Auditor, don't have to worry about losing compatibility or it being compromised.
You can fire what looks like a black arc of electricity to utterly erase enemies. You've also got a weaker version with what looks like a normal lightning bolt.
You get the ability to create a telekinetic shield that can block bullets and even shield you from the worst of an RPG, though it'll still send you flying.
Create zombie minions from dead bodies with an intelligence that you can dial up or down as you wish. Keep them smart enough to use weapons and fire guns, or turn them dumb and feral so you can reenact a zombie apocalypse movie.
Ability to fly fast enough to cross a few km within an instant and dodge minigun fire with only a moderate amount of effort.
Summon weapons to hand, anything from a sword to a cannon.
In your Employer form, you are capable of absorbing bodies living and dead to increase your mass and strength. Just, be careful not to go absorbing something that might be too strong for you.
In Employer form, you can empower minions, significantly increasing all physical abilities. Two Engineers empowered this way were capable of putting some of the protagonists on the run.
If you wish, you may give the halo to someone else. Anyone you give the Keystone Fragment to are 100% compatible with it, just as you are, and can use all it's powers. Whenever you wish, you can summon it back instantly.
You can spawn any of the mooks of the AAHW (Agency Against Hank Wimbleton) and Project Nexus. These guys are all obedient to a fault, dangerously so. Any mooks you spawn look human, but have their own biological oddities, such as not necessarily needing all of their brain to live. All mooks come with their own arms and armor, equal to the best in any first world nations armory.
Grunts: Take your average Joe on the street. Give him a gun or knife and absolutely no other equipment, then send him to kill a guy. Congratulations, you've got a Grunt. They are, to put it frankly, cannon fodder. Still, enough Grunts can accomplish miracles, and the occasional diamond in the rough emerges.
Agents: Grunts who've been put through boot camp. Clad boots, a suit and tie, and sunglasses, Agents are the basic soldiers of your armies. All this being said, in the grand scheme of things Agents are only slightly better than Grunts.
ATP Soldat: Agents who demonstrate great physical ability and aggression are chosen to become Soldats. Put through a litany of enhancements and given the best equipment in the Agency, including their cybernetically attached eyepiece. Soldats are special forces shock troops.
ATP Engineer: Unlike their siblings the Soldats, Engineers were chosen for their intellect, intuition, and leadership abilities. Engineers are, as their name implies, the engineers who produce, maintain and repair equipment, including Improbability Drives. Besides their engineering job, Engineers are also your officer corps, commanding squads of Grunts, Agents, or Soldats. Among their equipment, the Engineers wear a bullet-resistant face mask with a visor, which can deflect a few bullets before breaking.
MAG Agents: MAG Agents are put through the magnification process, the most extensive enhancement in the Agency. MAG Agents are four times the size of a regular human with the strength to match or exceed that, and capable of withstanding a great deal of damage. Killing a MAG Agent usually requires complete destruction of the head/brain or at least repeated high-caliber shots to the head. They wield the same equipment as the rest of the AAHW, just up-scaled to fit the owner. Their shining flaw is that in close quarters, they're not the most mobile of people.
