• Tenants will pay their rent amount on time every month. They will maintain the rented space well and not cause any damage. If there is any damage, they will pay to repair it without any hassle. When they cannot afford to pay the rent, they will willingly, without creating any issues vacate the place and not cause any problems to you and/or your company.

• Every month the money gained from each property and service after all expenses, will initially remain in the company account. How you use this money is up to you, invest in new assets, upgrade your existing assets, donate the money, or blow it all, it is up to you. You will have a dedicated group of financial advisors and accountants to help you do whatever you choose.

• You have a system which in real-time shows you the situation and status of all your properties, buildings, and assets; company and all its divisions, subsidiaries, and branches; investments, debts, and financial statements; and how it may affect your company; and potential opportunities to invest.
