Upon drinking the Essence inside this opaque bottle shaped like the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Building, containing a brown, green, and blue colored liquid, which smells like sandalwood and tastes like orange, you gain several effects:

• You own a global corporation which has the potential to be an industry leader in the real estate, hospitality, and service industries. You have 100% share in your company through several trusts.

• Initially your company has a twin-tower skyscraper, several skyscrapers, and several plots of land.

• The initial twin-tower skyscraper your company owns is its global headquarters in the city and country of your choice. How many floors your company occupies and how many it rents/leases out is your choice.

• The initial skyscrapers your company owns, is one skyscraper in either the capital city or main financial city of each country. This building hosts that country's headquarters of your company. Again, how many floors your company occupies and how many it rents/leases out is your choice.

• The initial plots of land your company owns, is at least 50 acres of prime property in each major city in the world. Each plot is big enough to build a big hotel/resort with an artificial lake, swimming pools, parks, sports courts, and a unique feature in each city which sets it apart from others.

• Only the initial plots of land in the same city as your global headquarters is built, with an hotel built in the 25 acres of land, a huge shopping mall with ample parking space in 10 acres of land, and a series of premium luxury apartment buildings in 15 acres of land. All the other initial plots of land are empty, and plot earmarked with the same ratio for buildings. You have enough funds to build one building in each city you own the land in. What you build first is up to you.

• Each property and branch of your company is earning enough to survive, pay each employee high salary and benefits, pay all expenses and maintenance, and yet earn a decent amount of profit which is fed back to you.

• Your company has all necessary licenses and paperwork and is always in good standing with the local government, state government, and central government in each and every country. Irrespective of which political party is in power, or any social, economic, and/or political upheavals, you, your company, and all your properties are always safe and in good standing.

• Every employee in your company signs a magical agreement which ensures their dedication and efficiency in work; loyalty to you and your company; and polite, humble, ethical, and professional behavior towards all potential customers. Every employee, even interns, while working for the company, within months become skilled and talented enough to be an elite with at least a decade's experience. The longer they work in your company the better they become. Even if they leave your company, they will never betray you or the company to anyone.

• You cannot sell any of the initial property you gain through the essence, only decide when and what to build, and whether to rent or lease either the land or building.

• When you decide to build something, you will always get the best materials, tools, and equipment’s; the best architects/designers/engineers/construction workers; and all required permissions. The costs are always in budget. The buildings built within projected time-frame, are in accordance to all codes, and best in quality.

• Tenants will pay their rent amount on time every month. They will maintain the rented space well and not cause any damage. If there is any damage, they will pay to repair it without any hassle. When they cannot afford to pay the rent, they will willingly, without creating any issues vacate the place and not cause any problems to you and/or your company.

• All tourists living in your hotel/resort and/or using its services will pay their dues on time. They will not cause any damage, and if there is any damage, they will pay to repair it without any hassle. They will not create any false issues or cause any kind of problems to you and/or your company.

• Every month, the money gained from each property and branch of your company after all expenses, will initially remain in the headquarters of each country. How you use this money is up to you, transfer to global headquarters, invest in new assets, upgrade your existing assets, donate the money, or blow it all, it is up to you. You will have a dedicated group of financial advisors and accountants to help you do whatever you choose.

• You have a system which in real-time shows you the status of all your properties, buildings, and assets; company and all its divisions, subsidiaries, and branches; investments, debts, and financial statements; situations in every country and how it may affect your company; and potential opportunities to invest. The system maintains a continuous perception filter which prevents any and all observers from noticing anything odd about you, your company, and its ownership, any and all of your assets and employees. Everything will be accepted as normal and legal.
