Upon drinking the Essence inside this opaque bottle shaped like the Panda, containing a black and white colored liquid, which smells like grass and tastes like peaches, you gain several effects:

• You own a global corporation which has the potential to be an industry leader in the zoo industry. You have 100% share in your company through several trusts.

• Initially your company has a skyscraper and several plots of land, each with a medium sized town next to it.

• The initial skyscraper your company owns is its global headquarters in the city and country of your choice.

• The initial plots of land your company owns, is at least 500 hectares of land outside each major city in the world. Each plot is well connected with local, national, and international roadways, railways, airports, (and seaports if applicable).

• The medium sized town next to each plot of land houses all necessary utilities (water, electricity, gas, transportation, wastewater management, telecommunications, and internet), emergency services (Ambulance, fire, and police), hospitals, schools, hotels, malls, residential complexes, a college, etc, which are essential necessities that play a vital role in economic and social development. The entire town and all of the transportation hubs, utilities, emergency services, schools, hospitals, malls, residential complexes, a college, and a few restaurants are owned by your company. The same utilities companies and emergency services also cover the entire zoo, with dedicated branches inside the park itself.

• All employees and their dependents live in the town. There are still many empty plots of land in the town which can be rented or leased to others, but cannot be sold. Current or former employees and/or their dependents can legally start a business in the town and contribute to development of the area. All the towns next to every plot of land/zoo are built, and are up and running.

• Only the zoo near the city housing the global headquarters is one-fifth built, with enough world-class animal habitats, a petting zoo, staff and resources for animal maintenance and care of all common wild animals in that particular country. Along with best quality food/drink stands, sanitary facilities, picnic areas, and an aesthetically pleasing environment for the visitors.

• The other zoos are one-tenth built with the same quality as the main zoo, each housing all common wild animals, a petting zoo, staff and resources for animal maintenance and care of all common wild animals in that particular country. • Rest of the land in each zoo is empty, however you have a basic plan for each of the zoo's future development and all essential utilities and roads are already built. You have enough funds to build five world-class habitats and buy the animals legally. When, where, and what you buy and/or build first is up to you.

• You have every legal license to build and operate the animal habitats and own and breed the animals in the zoo. Any new animal and its required licenses you want to buy can be easily obtained by paying the fees to the government and a reasonable amount of money for the animal to the seller which both your company and the seller agree on.

• Each zoo, property, asset, and branch of your company is earning enough to survive, pay each employee high salary and benefits, pay all expenses and maintenance, and yet earn a decent amount of profit which is fed back to you.

• While each zoo starts off with common wild animals, with the growth and development of the company you can even import exotic animals from other countries. Every particular zoo with its progress can own extinct prehistoric, mythical, and/or alien animals, (Example: Dinosaurs, Mammoths, Sabretooths, Dodos, Dragons, Unicorns, Pegasus, Phoenix’s, Tribbles, Porgs, Tauntaun, Toruk {The Great Leonopteryx}, etc).

• While each animal irrespective of its origin, temperament, and nature, are tamed and will never harm any staff, visitor, and intelligent enough to be trained, and can perform in front of audiences.

• Your company has all necessary licenses and paperwork and is always in good standing with the local government, state government, and central government in each and every country it operates in. Irrespective of which political party is in power, or any social, economic, and/or political upheavals, you, your company, and all your properties are always safe and in good standing.

• Every employee in your company signs a magical agreement which ensures their dedication and efficiency in work; loyalty to you and your company; and polite, humble, ethical, and professional behavior towards all potential customers. Every employee, even interns, while working for the company, within months become skilled and talented enough to be an elite with at least a decade's experience. • Every month the money gained from each zoo, property, and branch of your company after all expenses, will initially remain in either the zoo or the town branch office of the company. How you use this money is up to you, transfer to global headquarters, invest in new assets, upgrade your existing assets, donate the money, or blow it all, it is up to you. You will have a dedicated group of financial advisors and accountants to help you do whatever you choose.

• You have a system which in real-time shows you the status of all your properties, buildings, and assets; company and all its divisions, subsidiaries, and branches; investments, debts, and financial statements; situations in every country and how it may affect your company; and potential opportunities to invest. The system also shows the living conditions, health, and comfort of each animal and the quality and suitability of its habitat. The system maintains a continuous perception filter which prevents any and all observers from noticing anything odd about you, your company, and its ownership, any and all of your assets and employees. Everything will be accepted as normal and legal.
