AI summary
Brings peace to your world: people become more amicable, cooperative and generous, organisations and companies steer toward long-term sustainability and the good of their members and customers, grievances are settled equitably with your own morals deciding ambiguous cases, and reduced competitive and security burdens free funds for research, culture and the fields you care about — all of it arriving quickly, though not instantly. The price is that you leave the world, occupying a slice slightly to its side: you can never visit any real place, only an approximate version of a modern city, common structures like Egyptian pyramids exist but unique ones like the Great Pyramids or the Eiffel Tower do not, you can never meet real individuals though they persist in media, and company branches you visit will never produce anything real. Real-world news still reaches you through non-interactive media so you can watch your peace bear fruit, fictional settings you know are similarly barred from anything named in that fiction while equivalents remain, the restriction applies to every world you can travel to, and forcefully breaking it retroactively erases every boon and reverts the world to what it would have been had you done nothing.

Description
By consuming the Essence of Peace's Martyr, you bring peace to the world you are in, granting the world the following boons:
Effects
23People become more amicable, cooperative and generous.
Organizations and companies angle towards long-term sustainability and the benefit of all their members and customers.
Grievances are settled in ways that are equitable and just, with your personal morals and principles determining the direction of matters that are ambiguous.
Research and culture will benefit from the reduced burdens of competitiveness and security, channeling more funds for the future of the world as well as fields you care about.
All of these take place quickly but not immediately, starting from now.
However, there is a price to pay. You are no longer part of the world, instead occupying a slice somewhat to the side of the world, with the following effects:
You can never go to any place that exists in the real world, though you can reach somewhere approximately in the same modern city. If you go, for instance, to Tokyo, you'll find yourself in the mysterious 24th ward, for instance.
Structures that are common to the area you are at can still exist, so you can still visit pyramids in Egypt, but not the Great Pyramids of Giza. However, truely unique structures like the Eiffel Tower cannot.
You cannot meet individuals from the real world, though they can still exist in media and such. Companies and franchises can still open branch offices and stores you can visit, but nothing they make will influence the real world.
News from the real world will still filter in through mail, newspaper, television, the internet or any other form of non-interactive media, allowing you to observe the fruits of your peace. However, nobody in your slice of the world can communicate back; for forms of communication like the internet, any replies or such you make will be shunted to a digital space visible to only people from your slice of the world.
If you are in a setting you know about through fiction, you will never be able to interact with anything mentioned in that piece of fiction, though you can find equivalents. For instance, if you are in the Harry Potter world, you can attend a magical school which has a Triwizard Tournament with two other magical schools, none of which are in the sory or can in any way interact with the schools in the story.
If you possess the ability to travel to multiple worlds, be they planets, dimensions or otherwise, this applies to all of them.
Forcefully overcoming the restrictions here will cause all the boons to be retroactively removed, reverting the real world to the state it would be if you had done nothing at all. If you recant, the boons will apply from then onwards, starting from scratch.
In exchange for your sacrifice, you gain certain boons from within your slice of the world:
You can remake yourself once to any human form possible in the world, and can halt any undesired changes or speed up any desired changes at will. If you are in a setting with multiple sapient species or such, you can be any of them. This also comes with enhanced cognitive abilities and the ability to change your likes and dislikes. If you are in a setting with supernatural abilities, you can have whatever you want to the limit of that setting, with the limitation of never affecting the real world.
You start in a mansion to your specifications in any city of your choice, with a single maidservant with the ideal form and personality who can handle all your affairs for you.
You have essentially limitless funds, and people will make all possible accommodations to you, allowing you to enroll yourself in any school, join any organization at any rank, and hire or otherwise gain any kind of relationship with anyone of your choice.
The world is populated solely with people you want to interact with. If they necessarily come with people you don't want to interact with, those people can exist somewhere out of sight; for instance, if it is your preference you could encounter all-female households whose father and husband happen to perpetually be working out of town.
Though the places you can visit initially contain the minimum viable presence of buildings, companies and such, over time the people in your slice of the world will endeavour to build things you desire. For instance, if you really want to visit Disneyland, it will be built as time passes, and even expand to add things you want but would never be in a 'proper' Disneyland. However, it will never be identical; a replica Neuschwanstein Castle will be off in several aspects, including having started construction after you arrive into this world.
Likewise, while the culture and media will initially start as an identical copy of the real world, over time works that suit your preferences will be produced exclusively within your slice of the world. As your interest is the sole determinant of viability, and there is no impact on the real world, resources can be assigned in ways that would never happen otherwise. A niche game company you enjoy can have a 'branch' company that outnumbers the real one a hundred times dedicated to producing and maintaining games you enjoy, reaching levels of polish not finaicially viable in the real world. Or properties that would be impossible to produce new media on due to legal issues can in your slice of the world.
If you prefer, you can choose for your slice of the world to have strife and conflict even as it's being removed from the real world. You have a wide latitude to define what shape these conflicts take.
As a bonus, you can choose to reduce or eliminate dust, bodily waste, pests and garbage from your slice of the world.
As an exception to your boons having no impact on the real world, you can choose to have one, two or no new individuals to replace you in the lives of your loved ones. You can be assured your loved ones will be as happy, or happier, than when you left them, regardless of your choice.
