• Your body is rebuilt into the peak of health and ability, and can be completely customized to fit whatever Cyberpunk ideal you choose, be it a full body replacement, a full-exotic full of BioWare, or who knows what else? It's all up to you.

• You're a smart guy, capable of keeping up with all the spoiled corpo babies and their boosting cyberware with just your own natural abilities. You've got a functionally infinite memory (with perfect indexing and recall), an impressive mind (far superior in ways such as creativity, common sense, learning etc.), and an education that could rival the best that the corpos have (without the drawbacks and loss of empathy/humanity that would come with such). Given a couple years, and you can whip up a corporation just as mighty as the big names (if not even more so).

• You are immune to the environmental and societal perils that would come from living in a Cyberpunk dystopia. Malnutrition from a lifetime of eating horrible not-food? You have the health and build of someone who's spent decades building up a perfect body (on top of good genes). Clogged lungs from the chemicals, gun smoke, and who knows what else floats in the air? Nope, your breathing is perfectly fine. This and more is your base level, and no amount of degradation or mistreatment can make it worse (no heart attacks, no cigarette induced breathing issues, etc.).

• You're experienced in the way of the Edgerunner. Morgan Blackhand, Johnny Silverhand, even Adam Smasher. All of them can only hope to be half as good as you turn out to be. Combat, stealth, netrunning, gig-fixing, and any of the other potential fields and skills of the Edgerunner lifestyle are those that you have utterly mastered to a level most can only dream of.

• You're equally good in terms of medicine. Surgery, first aid, implantations, you can do it all and more. Just about the only thing you can't do is piece together someone's scattered grey matter, and even that can be worked around with enough pieces.

• And how can someone forget how good you are with technology? You can make the best Netrunners and Techies weep in inferiority, capable of writing daemons to put AI to shame and turning humble weapons into instruments of pure death without much issue. Anything you create or upgrade can "remember" upgrades and enhancements made to it, and cannot betray or be used against you in any way (your guns can have ID Locks, your AIs will have absolute loyalty toward you, etc.).

• You have a phenomenal affinity for augmentations and implantations of all kinds, to the point where only Adam Smasher himself could even hope to compare to you in terms of how much your body can take change. Your body can rapidly accept and integrate functionally anything you implant into or onto it, with no chance of rejection, psychosis, or other negative side effects. This also applies to any other alterations or changes you wish.

• Your augments cannot be hacked, altered, subverted, or otherwise used against you without your knowing permission. The same can be said of your body, mind, and soul.

• You possess a Sandevistan, a powerful piece of Cyberware that can augment your speed and reflexes. Unlike David's canon Sandevistan, yours is a sort of super prototype which will fully merge with your own biology given enough time. In doing so, it will augment your body's abilities in a variety of ways. At a base level, your Sandevistan can slow your perception of time to 0.9999999999 percent of real time indefinitely, and move your body fast enough the even the Flash would give you respect. You (and whoever/whatever you wear/carry) suffer no side effects from such speed or reaction, and you can use your speed as often and as long as you wish without any issues.

• Building off this, the Sandevistan is host to a developing artificial intelligence, which will be symbiotically merged to you. This AI is unfaltering loyal and obedient to you in all regards, and is capable of helping you in a variety of different ways (acting as a high-end Cyberdeck and devastating foes, enhancing your healing and body development, having awareness of the environment and automatically activating in case of attack, and so on). With enough time, this AI will eventually be capable of going toe to toe against the monsters of the BlackWall without much issue.

• You possess a refined variant of the Cyberskeleton, a powerful set of equipment that allows for whoever uses it to become a living weapon on a scale that requires someone like Adam Smasher to compete with. Your more refined version lacks the many flaws and instabilities of the original model, and is more akin to a set of power armor that you can don and remove at will. Combined with its various functions (which themselves are upgraded), you would have no problem going toe to toe with an army and winning.

• You also possess a variety of powerful weapons and other Cyberware (the exact number, nature, and more being up to you).

• You cannot lose your mind under any circumstances. Torture, loss, pain, and even your body breaking down will not affect your ability to function. Combined with your new infinite willpower, you can brute force your way through any sort of trauma or suffering that this horrible world would inflict.

• For some strange reason, you are exceptionally charming and charismatic, capable of getting on just about anyone's good side. You're more than capable of making a traumatized loner see you as her entire world with a few brief encounters, to say nothing of you actually putting in an effort.

• Strangely, you possess a great, yet understated amount of good luck in your endeavors. You encounter people of great importance, either in positions of power or influence, or just important to the "plot" of your world. You stumble onto opportunities, and find ways to bring them to your complete benefit. You can even find powerful weapons and Cyberware far more commonly than you might expect. This also means you have a habit of meeting people that match your romantic and sexual preferences (and who are willing to share more often than not).

• For some strange, inexplicable reason, you are incredibly well endowed sexually. No Mr.Studd or Midnight Lady could hope to compete with you even on your worst day, and you are a peerless savant when it comes to sex and romance. And, moreover, your genitals are immune to damage or harm, unless you willingly want them removed or replaced (but why would you?).

• You somehow possess a strange power: a Gamer System that resembles that from Cyberpunk 2077, albeit not as limited (though the exact details of this System are up to you; be it broken or as balanced as you wish - Fanwank responsibly). You can also choose if this System is supernatural, or some sort of super-prototype technology (or even both, the exact details are up to you, remember?)

• Finally, you possess the greatest power of all: an inability to be negatively affected by anything you consume. No longer will you fear carbonation in its many forms!
