Essence of the[Shinigami King]

The taste of the Essence is like a particularly sweet and juicy apple. Your existence is unbound from the mortal coil; you are no mere god of death, but their sovereign.

• As a Shinigami, you are an immortal being who exists outside the natural cycle of Life & Death. You do not age, sicken, or require sustenance (though you may develop quirks or cravings). You possess innate Shinigami Eyes, allowing you to see the true name and remaining lifespan of any living being you look at.

• You hold a personal Death Note that is bound to your soul, which you can summon and dismiss at will. Writing a name within its pages causes death, by default a heart attack after forty seconds. You can, however, specify intricate details and control the target's actions for up to 23 days leading to their demise. Optionally, you can also manifest a Death Eraser, a tool capable of reversing deaths caused by any Death Note.

• Unlike a standard Note, yours is uniquely potent. It can affect all manner of beings, from fantastical races like Elves and Dragons to other Shinigami. Most importantly, it can even bring a final end to Gods, Immortals, and other Cosmic Entities, provided a special condition is met.

• As the Shinigami King, you hold dominion over a personal realm that exists outside the Multiverse and the normal flow of time. Its aesthetics are yours to command – be it a desolate wasteland of dust and bone or a tranquil paradise of fluffy pink clouds. It begins with the expanse of a small island nation (roughly 100,000 square kilometers) and has the potential for infinite growth.

• You can create new Death Notes from your own essence, a process that causes you no harm or strain. For each Note you forge, you may define a unique set of Rules. Perhaps one Note is incapable of killing anyone pure of heart, while another doubles the lifespan of its user for every ten names written. The possibilities are yours to decree.

• You can distribute these custom Death Notes throughout the Multiverse. They are guaranteed to find their way into the hands of individuals who are "interesting" and pivotal to the fate of their world. You possess ultimate ownership over the soul of anyone who uses one of your Notes.

• Initially, you are confined to your own realm. However, the moment one of your distributed Notes is used in a universe, a permanent gateway is opened for you. You can then travel freely between your realm and that universe. This access remains even if the Note's holder dies. Your ability to return to your own realm is absolute and cannot be stopped by any means.

• However you need not be physically present to enjoy the show. From your throne, you can scry upon any individual who holds one of your Death Notes. You can watch their actions, listen to their thoughts, and observe the consequences of their choices as if watching a private, multiversal drama unfold.

• Every life taken by any Death Note under your purview – your own or those you have distributed – increases your Conceptual Weight. This is the measure of your authority over the concept of Death itself. When your Conceptual Weight surpasses that of another immortal being, they become vulnerable to your personal Death Note, their immortality nullified before your supreme authority.

• As your authority grows, you gain a degree of control over lifespans. You can transfer remaining life from one being to another, a potent tool for making bargains, rewarding loyalty, or simply demonstrating your absolute power over the scales of life and death.

• Upon the death of a mortal who has used one of your Notes, you may claim their soul and force them into reincarnation. They can be reborn as a loyal Shinigami in your service, complete with their own Death Note. They instinctively recognize you as their King. You decide whether they retain their memories and personality or are reborn as a blank slate. These Shinigami can be sent into the multiverse to continue their work, with every life they take empowering both themselves and, by extension, their King.
