AI summary

Gives you a reserve of Ira Smiting Force, spent to declare a strike at the world — not necessarily aimed at an enemy, so long as it hits something that angers you or vents your wrath — constrained by Plausibility, a hierarchy in which likely beats unlikely, natural beats supernatural, what someone would choose beats what they would not, ending in a natural state beats an unnatural one, unnoticed beats obvious miracle, and small beats large, with smiting your own weakness to gain more Force ruled out. You start able to produce minor supernatural events, such as sending a wraith to ruin the sleep of someone who cut you off in traffic, and your reserve refills completely every thirteen hours. The more release your smiting brings, the more Gula Smiting Force you harvest — uncapped but not self-generating — which unleashes consumptive force to feed the world into the shape you want, including consuming your own weakness to expand your Ira reserves, subject to the same restrictions and unable to generate more of itself; powers of Pride discount Ira effects after the fact, letting you smite more often rather than more grandly.

Description

How dare it. How dare it. It's there. It just there. Enough. It's gone.

Effects

  • You gain a reserve of Ira Smiting Force.

  • This reserve can be spent to declare an strike at the world. This strike doesn't have to directly target an enemy you, so long as it strikes at something that pisses you off you or lets you vent your frustration. You could strike down the good weather, to punish your boss for not promoting you, or make a restaurant close because for a health inspection to ruin a rivals date. It is flexible, provided it's leveraging an outcome that invokes your wrath.

  • Your smites are constrained by Plausibility. In order from least to most important -

  • Something that's likely to happen is more plausible than something that's unlikely to happen.

  • Something natural to happen is more plausible than something supernatural.

  • Something someone would choose to do is more plausible than something someone wouldn't choose to do.

  • Something that ends on a natural state is more plausible than something that ends on an unnatural state.

  • Something that people don't notice as unlikely is more plausible than an obvious miracle.

  • Lastly, something small is more plausible than something large. It's impossible to smite your own weakness to increase the amount of Ira Smiting Force you have.

  • You start with a strong enough Ira Smiting Force to make minor supernatural events happen; you could send a spirit of wraith to ruin the sleep of that asshole who cut you off on the way to work, or you could make a more significant impact so long as you stick to the unlikely.

  • Your reserves always completely refill in 13 Hours.

  • The more release your Ira Smiting Force generates, the more Gula Smiting Force you generate.

  • Unlike Ira Smiting Force, there isn't a limit to how much Gula Smiting Force you can have. However, you don't generate it yourself, and must harvest it by finding release through your wrathful smites.

  • Gula Smiting Force lets you unleash consumptive force to fill the hole inside of you, to feed the world into the one you want. This can let you consume your own weakness, granting greater reserves of Ira Smiting Force - feeding your passion until your wrath breaks it's chains.

  • In all other ways, Gula Smiting Force follows the same restriction as Ira Smiting Force, and you can't use it to announce more Gula Smiting Force or for another method to generate it.

  • Wraith is born from frustrated pride, for a world that does not meet your ideals. Powers of Pride will make effects of Ira Smiting Force cheaper. This 'discount' happens after the fact; it does not let you make bigger smites, it lets you make more smites. Glutton is directionless action, an empty need whose energy can be swallowed up by Wrath. Powers of Gluttony can mitigate Plausibility, 'discounting' factors. The more different factors it is discounting, the less efficient this becomes.
