You find yourself able to access a warded off world that possesses only members of your preferred gender. They have not seen another member of the opposite sex in thousands of years after some sort of calamity that ended the previous civilizations. If you prefer both sexes then there is simply something about you that sets the inhabitants of that world off regardless. Simply put, they have a need, to breed. Speaking is enough to arouse one of the locals at first meeting and touching them would probably cause them to climax and nearly go crazy with lust. Lay with them? You won’t be able to get rid of them and they get a collar like ring on their neck to prove it becoming your mate.

This world was cursed however, a deadly hex onto its inhabitants that ensures once they hit a certain age they will die in agony as their body unravels before them. For that reason most never get very far into adulthood because they simply die. New people would show up to replace those that died and eventually grow up to die young as well. Consequently no one here can read, write, or has any understanding of the works of the time before the calamity. Everything that remains is kept maintained through magic or dogged determination of the locals. Unlike the original iteration of this world the curse and associated plot elements dealing with it has been removed so no need to worry about spontaneous Waifu melting or rape mutants. The world is now much closer to a standard fantasy world filled with wonder and danger.

Fair warning, the locals body fluids are somewhat of an aphrodisiac and possibly addicting.

There is also the possibility of a world hoping yandere Voyeur and rape, lots of rape.

Try not to get thrown out of a window repeatedly like the original poor bastard that would have ended up here.

Optionally, the locals will now become ageless once they reach adulthood.

Optionally, you can apply the natural state of the locals to any companions or waifus you manage to get from outside this world.
