AI summary
Lets you fuse any two targets into one — including yourself, other people and other Essences — blending their characteristics according to your subconscious, preferences, imagination and the situation, so that fusing Elemental HERO Avian with Elemental HERO Burstinatrix might yield Flame Wingman or Phoenix Enforcer depending on your state of mind. The same principle governs fused Essences, whose result carries the desired traits of both, while fusing a person with an object grants only that object's primary property, so merging someone with a wall makes them durable without conferring secondary abilities. Fusions sometimes mutate, losing some traits and generating new ones, and when two beings are fused you decide which ego dominates and which parts combine, optionally granting the dominant ego access to the other's memories — and shouting 'Fusion Up!' beforehand may improve the result and raise the chance of a mutation.

Description
By drinking this Essence, you now have a simple, yet powerful ability.
Effects
7You gain the power to fuse any two targets into one, including yourself or other Essences, blending their characteristics based on your subconscious, preferences, situation, imagination, and more. However, the targets must be in close proximity; you can't fuse entire universes unless you're at their border, nor continents unless you're at or very near their junction. For instance, you could fuse two people standing right in front of you.
For example, fusing "Elemental HERO Avian" and "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix," depending on your mental state or preferences, the result could be: Elemental HERO Flame Wingman; Elemental HERO Phoenix Enforcer; Evil HERO Inferno Wing, or an entirely new form.
In the case of fusing Essences, the same principle applies, where the result will have the desired traits of both. For example, by fusing the Essence of the Ultimate Symbiote with the Essence of the Omnitrix, the most basic outcome to expect would be a new essence that replaces the previous ones, possessing the same properties as the Essence of the Ultimate Symbiote but now with the capabilities of the Omnitrix added, making whoever consumes it a sort of Skurd on steroids. Or perhaps the product loses some characteristics from both essences but gains new ones.
When fusing someone with something, whether it's yourself or another being, that person will not acquire secondary abilities. For example, fusing someone with a wall would make them as durable as that wall, or even more so. This fusion could manifest as an active ability, a superpower, or an innate spell that allows summoning an armor made from the same material as the wall. However, this fusion will not grant, directly or indirectly, the ability to control that material or to merge with other walls or surfaces of the same type.
As mentioned before with the fusion of Essences, sometimes a fusion can result in a mutation, where instead of just combining traits from both elements, some are lost and new ones are generated that could even be superior to the original combined characteristics.
When fusing two beings, the dominant ego is at your discretion. However, you have the freedom to choose which parts to combine. You could allow the dominant ego to access the memories of the submissive being, or perhaps incorporate a specific trait that the other person had which would be beneficial for the resulting being from the fusion.
Optionally, if you shout "Fusion Up!" just before each fusion you perform, the fusion might yield a better result, and even increase the likelihood of mutations.
