• At any time, anywhere, you can decide what your new part-time job will be. Want to be a part-time summoned beast? Sure! Want to be a part-time reincarnated being? No problem, choose any world you want! Just make sure to write down your motivation for picking that world, of course. Want to turn your full-time job into a part-time one? Done, and you'll still get the same pay! Want to make your hobby a part-time job? You can! Want to turn your terminal condition into a part-time job? Do it. You can even turn your slavery into a part-time job.

• No matter what kind of part-time job you choose, you'll get paid for it. If you turn a full-time job into a part-time one, you'll still receive full pay at the end of the month. If you weren't being paid for it initially, you'll receive the minimum wage established wherever you are. No drama, the appearance of this money won't harm you or the world's economy in any way.

• If necessary, you can generate as many resumes as you like. After all, who wants to summon a human that can't breathe fire, right? And nobody would want to work as a reincarnated being in a position beneath their abilities, would they? Between us, you can lie on your resume, exaggerate a little, or use half-truths. Just keep in mind that you'll eventually have to prove it. So, claiming you have a Magical Talent is fine if specimens of your race somewhere in the Multiverse possess that talent or trait. Even saying you know a few Basic Spells, even if it's untrue, is feasible. It might become true! :) On the other hand, writing that you're an Archmage when you don't even have magic talent, well... you're on your own on that.

• You can have as many part-time jobs as you want, 1 or 100, or even 1'000'000. However, keep in mind that each job must have a schedule of at least four hours per day, every day. You'll need to manage your time wisely to avoid scheduling conflicts between different jobs because, well, you don't want to know what happens if they overlap.

• Punctuality is important, so reality will always keep an eye on you to ensure you can get to your next scheduled job on time and in proper condition. It will also prevent any severe distractions from keeping you from focusing on your work. If necessary, reality will assist with suitable transportation, whether it's a portal, a vehicle, or something else.

• You will never grow bored of your jobs. In fact, you'll become skilled much faster in areas or abilities related to your part-time work. The rate of growth is automatically adjusted based on your subconscious thoughts. So, if becoming the best player in the world at Street Fighter 6 in just a week would ruin your "work" experience, the speed will slow down. Conversely, if you'd enjoy a quicker pace, it'll adjust accordingly.

• If it makes sense, you can even stack part-time jobs within the same time frame. For example, working part-time as a reincarnated being in the world of Warlock of the Magus World and, while there, also working as a part-time Potioneering Master is fine. But working part-time as a reincarnated being in Warlock of the Magus World while also working part-time in The Legendary Mechanic world is not.

• Related to this, even though you can schedule up to four hours per day for a specific part-time job, roles like being a summoned beast or a reincarnated being allow you to adjust the time ratio. For example, you could make 10 years in WMW equal 4 hours in your world, or whatever works best for you.

• Occasionally, you'll see job postings on your phone, computer, or in a video game-like panel only you can see. These could be full-time, part-time, or have negotiable hours. Like with the jobs you create for yourself, you can quit these at any time. However, quitting in these ones without doing a good job or without a good reason could harm your reputation for next opportunities. So, choose wisely.

• While working, if you do a "good job," you might receive a "promotion," which could include a raise, "baskets" of items related to your job (which may or may not be useful), and more.

• Bringing "coworkers" home to hang out with you after work is fine. Just don't invite someone with a bad personality who will cause chaos in your "house." Why would you? On the other hand, it's not unheard of to bring people to watch you work. However, any skill-related issues your guests encounter won't be covered by this Essence.
