AI summary
Metaphysically raises your body to the peak of your physical, mental and spiritual potential with no possibility of degradation, then builds on that with powers themed around wolves, shadows, the night, stealth and being an antagonist. You gain a conceptual affinity for wolves in all their forms, shifting at will between dire wolf, monstrous werewolf, anthropomorphic wolf and ordinary human — or adding ears, tail or claws to a human body — with equal, superhuman strength in every form that grows with training, supercharged lupine traits so that even at the outset your roar shatters glass, your claws rend steel and your senses are extraordinarily keen, a sixth sense for hunting anything, and an intuitive grasp of small-group leadership and small-scale tactics. You can restyle your wolf forms' fur colour and markings within naturally lupine bounds, communicate with all wolf-like and wolf-related beings while commanding those weaker than you and finding stronger ones initially friendly, and hold the same conceptual affinity for shadows, letting you control and manipulate them, remain wholly undetectable and see clearly while in shadow or at night with your abilities strengthened there, and speak with and command shadow-related beings on the same terms.

Description
By drinking this smoky tasting Essence out of a wolf's head-shaped bottle, you get the incredible powers of being a furry! ... And a bunch of wolf-like things, I guess.
Effects
30Your body is metaphysically enhanced to the peak of your potential in all physical, mental, and spiritual ways, and cannot degrade from there, but only improve. None of your abilities can be suppressed/copied/removed or otherwise fucked with against your will. And even then, if you are in danger, they will all heed your call.
The powers this Essence grants you are focused around Wolves, Shadows, The Night, Stealth, and being an Antagonist.
You gain the conceptual affinity for Wolves, in all their forms.
You can alter your physical form between a Dire Wolf, a Monstrous Werewolf-like being, a Humanoid Wolf-like being (Anthro wolf) or a Regular Human, at-will.
You can also, as a human, add wolf ears, tail, or claws to yourself at-will, shifting yourself partially between forms as you please.
Your strength is the same across your forms, and is superhuman to start with, and will only increase with training and time.
In addition, all wolf-like abilities you have are supercharged: even at the beginning, you can roar load enough to shatter glass, your claws are sharp enough to rend steel, and your senses keen enough to track specific people across a city. Your physical abilities are all greatly improved in general, and you heal significantly faster to a visible degree, though not instantaneously.
You have a sixth sense for hunting things in general.
You have a keen sense of how to lead others, at least in smaller groups, as well as an intuitive grasp of small-scale tactics.
You can alter the aesthetics of your Wolf/Werewolf-like forms at-will, changing fur color and adding patterns and such at-will, as long as it is 'natural' for a Wolf (e.g. Fur colors limited to White, Black, Golden, etc., Patterns in the fur take those colors in a backdrop of another, etc.). The default color, however, is pitch-black with red eyes.
You can communicate with any Wolf-like and Wolf-related beings, and even command less powerful than you, and any more powerful than you will find themselves friendly to you at first meeting, and it will take a significant amount of effort to turn them against you. Wolf gods and deities will favor you more than others. Werewolves will not be hostile to you by default even under madness.
You gain the conceptual affinity for Shadows, allowing you to control and manipulate shadows. While in shadows, or at night, you are completely undetectable, can always see clearly, and your abilities are stronger in general. Shadows will seemingly shift slightly to assist you more. You are not weakened by light sources, beyond their ability to disperse shadows. You also gain a sort of 'pocket dimension' in your shadow which you can use to store things.
You can communicate with any Shadow-like and Shadow-related beings, and even command less powerful than you, and any more powerful than you will find themselves friendly to you at first meeting, and it will take a significant amount of effort to turn them against you. Shadow/Darkness gods and deities will favor you more than others. Shadow creatures such as Heartless will not be hostile to you by default even when hungry.
You gain the conceptual affinity for The Night. All your abilities are more powerful at night in general, and get stronger the darker it is, with the sole exception to this being moonlight, which will not count towards 'brightness'. All Night-related entities are far more well-disposed and friendly towards you, or even submissive if you are stronger.
You can communicate with any Night-like and Night-related beings, and even command those less powerful than you, and any more powerful than you will find themselves friendly to you at first meeting, and it will take a significant amount of effort to turn them against you. Night/Moon gods and deities will favor you more than others. Werewolves will not be hostile to you by default even under madness.
You gain the conceptual affinity for Stealth.
You have a sixth sense for when you are observed, and an awareness of when areas are under observation, whether that be directly or through means such as technology or scrying spells.
You have a far easier time hiding, and when you are trying to hide, other's eyes seemingly just slide over you. While people are actively looking for you this effect is weakened, but not removed. You have the ability to near-perfectly disguise yourself, with this effect only breaking if you disguise yourself as someone specific and then interact with people close to them (This effect is closer to an illusion than shapeshifting, unless your 'disguise' is a simple change like parting your hair in another direction, wearing glasses, a different hair style, etc.). You can suppress your presence and things such as sound that you give off, as well as making your abilities less flashy as you desire.
You gain the conceptual affinity for Antagonising.
You can exude a sense of dread/fear with your presence.
You can designate one 'creature'/'group'/'race'/'sentient' or other type of being to be the 'nemesis' of, this can be something general, like a group/organization, or someone specific.
You can change your target as you will, but initially it will take 24 hours before you can choose a new target. The more specific you are, the stronger the effects you gain and powers you have are against them.
You have a sixth sense for the weaknesses of the being and a sense for what they'll do, as well as an enhanced ability to track/find/anticipate/predict them. If you choose a group with a weakness, you gain the ability to count as a lesser version of that weakness (e.g. Vampires > Sun, Werewolves > Silver, Demons > Holy, etc.). However, should you choose a specific being, you will fully become their Bane, acting as the strongest and purest form of their weakness there is.
You gain a sense for when a Target enters or is otherwise present within 5 kilometers of yourself.
As long as it is related to your Conceptual Themes (Wolf, Shadows, Night, Stealth, Antagonist), related abilities get stronger and are easier to learn and improve in general. For example, casting fireballs shaped like wolves, or shadow-magic in general, or even trying to learn stealth-focused martial arts, will all come easier to you as well as be far easier to cast and learn in general. Being incredibly chuuni and naming your moves in line with the themes will even give a slight boost to their effectiveness. Get out there and make the Wolf Fang Fist more feared than the Kamehameha, I can't stop you.
As the embodiment of a story archetype, you cannot truly be killed. If you are killed, you will be reborn in a fashion related to one of your Concepts. For example, being reborn as a Wolf, spawning out of Shadows some time later, simply appearing one day on a full moon, etc.
You can combine your affinities easily, and together they are greater than the sum of their parts. For example, you are at your strongest when striking from stealth against a chosen target, at night in a dark place. You will regenerate faster in darkness and at night.
You are not a Werewolf. Werewolf-focused spells, abilities, and weaknesses will not affect you. When it comes to magic and race-specific things, you count as 'Human' or 'Wolf', whichever is more beneficial.
You have a fetish for people wearing red jackets, cloaks, or capes. It's not overpowering, but you find such things very appealing. You also have a taste for pork and pork-related products, which will taste incredible to you.
Optionally, you can choose to enter any world and replace a 'Big Bad Wolf', or enter as a sort of drop-in into any world where there is someone based on Red Riding Hood.
