AI summary

Gives you a metaphysical key, summonable at will and impossible to steal, marking you as sole owner of a Dimensional Space that sits outside reality beyond the reach of any entity, unfindable and impenetrable without your permission. The space begins as little more than a single unfurnished cave room but can be expanded and reshaped using exotic energy, or — if you have none — using the moderate energy the space itself generates from nothing over time, supplemented by sacrificing things inside it. You may designate part of the Demesne as storage and open portals into it at will for an inventory limited only by physical size, the space holds infinite self-cleaning air needing no ventilation, and it doubles as an unbreakable and unloseable phylactery that resurrects you inside if you are killed elsewhere, bypassing even soul-trapping — and it carries a limited but growing intelligence utterly devoted to you and your needs which cannot be altered, and being outside reality entirely it serves as a hub for entering other realities, subject to restrictions beginning with the energy cost of opening a passage.

Description

By drinking from this key-shaped bottle, you gain full and sole access to a metaphysical space that is YOURS and ONLY YOURS.

Effects

9
  • You are in possession of a metaphysical key you can summon/desummon at-will, and which cannot be stolen from you, that deems you as the owner and master of your Dimensional Space. This key also provides a host of benefits as befitting the owner of such a domain. It also allows you to open portals to the dimension by placing it against a surface and turning, though you can always teleport in/out of it at-will. Your ability to enter your Demesne is also something that cannot be blocked or negated in any way.

  • Your personal space is outside reality, and beyond the reach of any other entities, it cannot be found by others without your allowance, and is impenetrable to any you do not allow inside.

  • As for the space itself, it is, initially, admittedly rather lacking. To begin with, the space is little more than an empty, unfurnished cave, with a single room. However, you have the ability to change this through spending any 'energy' you have access to. The more energy you spend, the more you can grow the space, adding and designing rooms and spaces as you desire, though furniture and such will need to be added by you later. The bigger your space becomes, the more it costs in energy to increase it further. In addition to space, you can also spend energy on specific functions/abilities the space grants you, such as entering/exiting. Doing so will enhance the ability or even unlock new functions with enough energy spent on it.

  • If you have no exotic energy, then the space also generates a moderate amount of energy over time ex nihilo, which you can then spend to enhance the space. You can also 'sacrifice' things within the space to directly generate 'generic' energy for the space, with more powerful/meaningful items generating more. You can also place energy within a sort of storage within the Domain, which you can then call upon again as long as you are inside the Domain, or spend directly to improve it.

  • In addition to livable space, you can also designate a portion of your Demesne as 'storage space', and open portals into it at-will, allowing you a form of 'inventory', albeit limited by the physical size of the Demesne you have. You can physically enter 'storage' areas, but they are specific portions of your Demesne where things are kept in stasis, and living organisms cannot be held there (to start with, with enough energy spent improving the function, you can eventually reach that point). Initially you are restricted to needing to create a portal and physically move things into/out of the Demesne by grabbing them, but with enough energy spent improving the entry/exit function, you can eventually develop the ability to teleport things into/out of it.

  • The space has an infinite amount of air, which automatically cleans itself (Unless explicitly directed not to, which can be limited to certain areas), and thus doesn't need ventilation. The space will always feel warm and comforting to you. Additionally, by staying within the space, you will automatically (slowly) be healed of any injuries/maladies you have, as well as cease aging, and can even choose to (again, slowly), de-age yourself (with an initial hard limit of 'prime of your youth', though you can choose to set it to go all the way down to 'toddler', if you wish). This healing extends to anything that can effect you, mundane, magical, spiritual, curses, the works. However, note that this healing ONLY extends to you (unless you have other powers that will allow you to share it), so just bringing someone inside for a weak won't bring their legs back. This effect also removes your physical need for sustenance, though you can still eat and sleep if desired.

  • The Demesne will also act as a 'phylactery' of sorts (Albeit an unbreakable, un-lose-able one), allowing you to resurrect/respawn within if you are killed outside. This will even bypass soul-trapping or 'sealing' type abilities, so long as your body dies, if you will it, you will regenerate yourself within your Demesne.

  • Your Demesne has a limited (to start with) intelligence, that is absolutely and utterly devoted to you, and taking care of your needs. This cannot be changed or altered in any way, your Demesne will always, always be loyal to you and you alone. You can spend energy on the intelligence directly to enhance it further, to the point of it being able to control things within the Demesne to it's will in order to serve you better. You can also spend energy to manifest 'Servants' for it to control, which are lesser terminals of the Demesne that start out as indistinct smoky figures that can interact with the world, but energy can be spent to make them 'real', though they will always result in a 'maid' or a 'butler' with aesthetics you appreciate. Servants are not entirely individuals due to being more of a Demesne Hivemind, but individual Servants can develop quirks and differing personalities. Servants cannot fully leave the Demesne, rather, you can only be accompanied by one 'real' Servant at a time, to start with, though this can be developed over time by spending energy. 'Real' Servants start at Baseline Human, initially, though the Demesne can have them train to get stronger (Or you can spend energy to increase their ability, but energy can only increase them to your own strength).

  • Your Demesne is also located outside reality entirely, which allows you to use it as a hub to enter other realities as you wish. However, this has some restrictions. First, it costs Energy to create the link to another reality, the amount of which you need increases for every reality you connect to. The first few are fairly cheap, but the growth is significant for each new reality you add. You can open portals into any connected reality from within the Demesne, and open portals from your current reality to your Demesne whenever you wish. However you cannot open a portal directly from one reality to another, and would need to use your Demesne as a sort of 'go-between' for that.
