AI summary
Gives you the PowerWasher, a back-mounted machine with an endless reservoir of water and a hose, together with a tablet offering Jobs, Shop and Special options that returns to your hands perfectly repaired and cleaned if ever destroyed, lost or stolen. Jobs lists local things needing cleaning and never runs out, and while working one you are entirely alone and unhurried since time does not seem to pass, letting you clean at your own pace, and you instinctively sense where dirt and grime are, with blemishes glowing when you actively look, you always know what has been cleaned and what has not, nothing you clean can be damaged by the process so spraying exposed wiring is perfectly safe, and cleaning roughly 95% of a part produces a satisfying ding that finishes the rest automatically. You can invite someone to help, normally one other person but more for larger projects, and you will always take at least some satisfaction from the work, whether it is your first wash or your millionth.

Description
This... Isn't even edible, it's just a pressure washer on the ground with an attached hose. You're informed that it's used to clean the place up from time to time, but you should feel free to take it and clean around if you insist. In fact, there's an old shed that could use a clean up...
Effects
16On picking up this tool, it imbues you with a sense of impending satisfaction, and you gain the following.
You are now the proud owner of the PowerWasher. This machine is easily attached to your back, and serves as an endless reservoir of water. A hose is also attached to it which can spray out this water as needed, at high pressures.
You obtain a tablet, which has three options, "Jobs", "Shop", and "Special". Should this tablet be destroyed, lost, or stolen, it will be placed back into your hands perfectly fixed and cleaned when you next need it. No one other than you can use this tablet, unless you give them permission.
By pressing the "Jobs" option on your tablet, which will show local things that need to be cleaned up. By some mysterious happenstance, there always seems to be more to clean, and you never seem to have to clean the same sort of object twice. The range of how far away these listings can be from you seem to slowly grow as you continue to do jobs, to the point where they can encompass an entire planet around you. Once you've selected a job, you will be teleported over to start cleaning.
While cleaning for a Job, you will find yourself with no one around, letting you clean at your own pace, and at peace. Time also doesn't seem to pass while cleaning, and you will always seem to be able to survive where you've ended up, whether it be a lawn or the planet of Mars.
You have a natural sense of where to find dirt, grime, and other such blemishes while cleaning anything, with them seemingly glowing bright should you actively be attempting to look for anything.
While cleaning something, you are constantly aware of what has already been cleaned and what still needs to be cleaned. If you're looking for a certain part that still needs cleaning, that part will lightly glow to show that it needs to be cleaned.
Despite what may logically happen, while you're cleaning anything it won't break or be damaged in any way. It's perfectly fine to keep spraying those exposed wires with water to try and clean them, just don't think about it. They'll just sit there and take it.
After cleaning enough of a part (Generally about 95%, but can be more or less than that), you will hear a "ding" and the rest of that part will be cleaned automatically. This does not apply to the cleaned object as a whole, simply parts of it.
You may invite someone else to join you in cleaning. The max to this is generally 1 other person, but depending on the scale of the project, you may invite more and more people. They will temporarily receive equivalents to everything provided in this essence for this time, with exception to the tablet and it's options. They will generally receive these invitations in a way where they will be able to quickly respond.
You'll always be able to feel at least some satisfaction from cleaning things, be it your first time Pressure Washing, or your millionth.
On successfully clearing a Job, you will receive cash for the tablet's "Shop", and will be placed back where you were when you accepted the job. Cash gained from jobs will generally scale with it's, well, scale. You also gain the ability to redo the job in a free play mode, which will provide no economic benefit, but cleaning in this mode within a time limit will give you a replica of the cleaned object which may be scaled, anywhere from 1:1 to 1:10'000, at will using the tablet. If the initial cleaning was under this time limit, you will receive the replica instantly.
In the "Store" option, you will be able to obtain cleaning supplies, better hoses, different nozzles for the hose, soap, and other things which will assist in your escapades. You can also search through this catalog with a intuitive search system. You may also eject the cash gained into your local currency, and it will be perfectly legal cash.
Once bought, these things can be found in your (practically hidden given how obvious and big everything else is) inventory button which is a small button that can be found in the top right of the Store tab. Just by selecting them, these things can be equipped or placed down. Your replicas from clearing jobs in time can also be found here. Any item placed in here can also be placed back, unless used up, at which point it will be automatically trashed. (Not much use putting an empty soap bottle in here is there?)
Finally, there is the "Special" tab. Originally, this is only filled with the base game jobs found in "PowerWash Simulator", but once a month, you may select a theme. This can range from something generic, like space or fantasy, to something extremely specific, like SpongeBob SquarePants or the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. From here, it shall appear as another tab within the Special menu, with it's own themed Jobs, though the specifics of how or why is up to you. Perhaps you're fully going into the setting, perhaps you're simply helping for a movie based on the topic. Originally 5 will be available, but with each month after, more jobs are added, starting at 1 and scaling with the amount of time it's been since the topic was originally added. Jobs within these will also start quite simple and small, but as more of these jobs are done in a topic, more powerful or large things may be selected for jobs. All of these jobs function as if from the "Jobs" category, including the replicas and cash reward. Don't question how you're getting cash just fine when they (probably) use a different currency.
Optionally, after doing 5 jobs within a Special topic, another page opens in the Shop. This shop contains simple, inexpensive, not very powerful objects within that topic that you can buy. Generally, this is things like basic food and drinks at first. As you clear more and more however, more expensive, complex, or just plain powerful items can appear within here, all buyable with enough money. Anything from weapons and houses to, well... More food and drinks.
