AI summary

Grants, as a one-time effect, any number of options you want from any Jumpchain CYOA documents — perks, items, original companions and more — plus up to one origin or background per document with its independent benefits, and any non-endjump, non-spark scenarios auto-completed with their rewards and, optionally, their memories. You may freely import items and properties you hold into any other valid options in sequence and fuse similar ones together, and everything gained this way arrives with post-jump, post-chain and post-spark effects already unlocked, applies its jump- or setting-altering effects to your own world and any others you enter, updates itself to account for those worlds, and replenishes — for options like One-Ups — on a new jump or ten years after use, whichever comes first. Being inherently stackable, the options combine with anything from other CYOAs or Essences; if you are on a Jumpchain they count as already purchased and as part of your Body Mod, unaffected by gauntlets or power-loss drawbacks, completed scenarios cannot be retaken, and companions from other sources count as Jumpchain companions who follow you jump to jump even unimported.

  • As a one-time effect, you gain any number of options you want (perks, items, OC companions, etc.) from any JumpChain CYOA documents. You may also:

  • Choose up to one origin or background per jump document, gaining any relevant benefits/etc. it may have independent of purchases.

  • Choose any non-endjump/spark scenarios you want, auto-completing and gaining their rewards. By default this comes with the relevant memories, but these may be declined.

  • You may freely import items/properties you may have (from this Essence or otherwise) into any other valid options (in sequence if you want to, from A to B to C and so on). You may also fuse any similar options (swords with swords, bases with bases, castles with castles, ships with ships, and so on).

  • The following applies to JumpChain CYOA options gained with this Essence.

  • Options always have their post-jump, post-chain, post-spark effects unlocked from the start.

  • Options that affect or alter jumps/settings also affect your world and any others you may go to or be in (self-insert, world merge, etc.).

  • Options that update on new jumps/worlds also update to account for your world and any others you may go to or be in (self-insert, world merge, etc.).

  • If they didn't already do so, replenishing options (such as One-Ups) will also replenish on a new jump or ten years after being used or spent, whichever comes sooner.

  • Due to the inherently stackable nature of JumpChain, the options will stack with stuff granted by other sources (CYOAs, other Essences, etc.) where applicable, as per normal to JumpChain.

  • If you are on a JumpChain, the options are integrated into the JumpChain and count as already purchased. Likewise, scenarios already completed through this Essence cannot be taken again.

  • If you are on a JumpChain, the options count as part of your Body Mod (or equivalent) and are not affected by gauntlets or powerloss/powerlock drawbacks.

  • Any companions you have from other CYOAs or Essences also count as JumpChain companions and may be imported appropriately. JumpChain companions will follow you jump to jump even without being imported. They gain free stuff available in the jumps they visit (optional but on by default).

  • If you are on a JumpChain, any properties, buildings, structures, etc. granted by other Essences or CYOAs follow you from jump to jump. If you have a Warehouse/equivalent, you may integrate the properties into the Warehouse/equivalent or equivalent as attachments, or decouple them from the Warehouse/equivalent, as you desire.

  • If you are on a JumpChain, you may combine (supplement) same-setting jumps together, use generic jumps to supplement fitting jumps, and use fanfic jumps to supplement their source materials. Any points/builds are kept separate.

  • If you are on a JumpChain, you may optionally have doubled or tripled points in your jumps or supplements. Drawback limits and points from drawbacks are also affected.
