You gain a free age and appearance change to whatever you want. You may also be any humanoid race in Overlord (that is, any race that is not Demi-Human or Heteromorphic, you can be those races by picking a level in them instead).

You gain up to 100 Levels of Yggdrassil classes, distributed as you wish (yes, you can start at Level 1 if you want). This can grant you a variety of abilities depending on your build. At Level 100 you are highly superhuman even without a dedicated warrior/physical build, being able to move at supersonic speeds and punch castle walls into rubble, with dedicated warrior builds being even more capable.

Unlike normal Yggdrasil Players, you can potentially reach beyond Level 100 with enough EXP and effort.

You gain the ability to use Tier Magic even if you don’t have caster-based classes, but it will be weak compared to those who have such classes. Naturally, having such class levels or ability with magic through other means will enhance your Tier Magic.

You gain the ability to use Runecraft and learned its secrets and to make it compatible with Tier Magic.

You have the ability to use Martial Arts, allowing you to use a variety of combat techniques and raise your combat power.

Optionally, you gain one or more Talents of your choice, innate abilities from the New World.

Optionally, you gain the World Champion class, giving you its powers and abilities such as Dimension Slash. This is in addition to your other classes/Levels.

Optionally, you gain the ability to use Wild Magic in addition to Tier Magic. This magic can also do very unusual things by Tier Magic standards, but it’s powered by sacrificing souls.

Optionally, you gain the Divine Right ability, allowing you various powers such as increased defense, teleportation via Cracks, resurrection, etc. This gives you overall power equivalent to that of a high-level Yggdrasil raid boss.

Optionally, you gain one or more World Items of your choice.

Optionally, you gain a Guild Base alongside a Guild Weapon. You may also seamlessly merge it with other bases you may have. This can allow summoning of Mercenary NPCs with enough money.

You may gain any Overlord characters of your choice as your companions. By default you will quickly grow a bond with them. You may choose what relationships you will develop with each of these companions (being lovers, friends, etc.). If relevant (self-insert into their world, world merge, etc.), you are guaranteed to meet these companions in-universe, meeting them in positive circumstances (this resurrects companions dead by that point, which may draw attention).

Optionally, you may Self-Insert into Overlord, a variant (fanfics, etc.), or any series with official crossovers with Overlord (the Isekai Quartet series, etc.). You may choose when, where, and what world. The specifics are up you; maybe you get dropped in (default), maybe you insert yourself into or replace a certain character, maybe you get reincarnated, maybe you get merged with a local counterpart of yourself, etc.
