AI summary
Lets you, as a one-time effect, merge together any number of worlds, universes and settings, either self-inserting into the fused result or including your own world in the merge. The details are entirely yours: how the pieces fit together, how geography is altered or mixed and by how much, so several merged planets could become one composite world or remain distinct. You may set the timeframe each merged world is drawn from, decide — selectively if you wish — whether its inhabitants are aware of the merge or experience it as always having been so, and determine how the whole thing interacts with any existing multiverses.

Effects
5As a one-time effect, you may merge together any number of worlds, universes, settings, etc. you want with each other, either Self-Inserting into the fused world or having the merge include your world.
The end result and details of this are up to you, how things may fit together, how geography may get altered or mixed and how much, and so on. For example, you could have multiple merged planets result in a bigger planet or else have its features mixed together, things like different versions of the same planet (Earth and co, most likely) could be directly/seamlessly integrated instead, fusing universes result in a single universe with all the planets of its component universes, and so on.
You may choose what the timeframes of each world merged are, if you want.
You may have the people from the merged worlds be aware of the merge (default) or if it’s a retroactive thing. This may be selective if you want.
How this interacts with existing multiverses is up to you.
