Essence of theBeautiful Fighter (Queen's Blade)

You gain a free age and appearance change to whatever you want. This will also make you at least 8/10 in appearance. You may also be any race found in the Queen's Blade setting (elf, angel, etc).

Your body becomes at least peak human in all areas (strength, reflexes, stamina, etc.). You are a degree of superhuman in several areas, being able to shatter stone with your fists and jump several meters into the air.

You become highly skilled in a weapon or fighting style of your choice.

You become reasonably skilled in all forms of magic available to the Queen's Blade setting.

Optionally, you may have the Ecchi nature of the Queen's Blade series spread to worlds you go, making girls and women prettier, wear skimpier outfits, get into compromising positions and fanservicy situations pretty often, and so on.

You may have any Queen's Blade characters of your choice become your companions (including Crossover characters such as Noel Vermillion) and may choose what relationships/history you have or will develop with each of them (being lovers, friends, etc.), if any, meeting them in positive circumstances.

Optionally, you may Self-Insert into Queen's Blade or a variant (like a fanfic). You may choose when and where. The specifics are up you; maybe you get dropped in (default), maybe you insert yourself into or replace a certain character, maybe you get reincarnated, maybe you get merged with a local counterpart of yourself, etc.

If you Self-Insert into the above via an Essence or other means, you are guaranteed to meet the chosen companions in-universe (resurrecting them if they are dead by the point you enter the story, which may draw attention).
