You gain a free age and appearance change to whatever you want.

You may gain a Starter Pokemon of your choice. It is highly compatible with you.

You have incredible talent as a Pokemon Trainer, caring for and bringing your Pokemon to their utmost potential being natural to you. You also find very easy to befriend and build trust and bonds with Pokemon. This also applies to beings similar to Pokemon, if to a somewhat lesser degree.

You have incredible luck, such as encountering rare and powerful Pokemon on the regular and sometimes even Legendary Pokemon or being around just in the right place and time to stop an evil Team’s plans.

You are at least peak human in physical abilities and are very very durable.

You have gained the ability to use Aura and an enormous latent talent for it. You start at a basic level of skill. Aura is fundamentally similar to ki in many ways, and known applications include using it as attacks such as Aura Sphere, forming barriers, seeing spirits, sensing other people, etc.

You have gained psychic powers and enormous amount of latent talent for it. You start at a basic level of skill. Potential ways this can manifest are telekinesis, telepathy, teleportation, future seeing, etc.

You gain a collection of all known TMs/HMs. These TMs are endlessly reusable.

You gain a large stock of Poke Balls, having all known varieties in lesser or greater degrees except the Master Ball, Origin Ball, or similar. This collection slowly replenishes itself.

You gain an Omni Ring, which allows you to use special abilities like Mega Evolution, Dynamax, Terastallization, Z-Moves, etc. with your Pokemon. You also gain all known Mega Evolution stones, Z-Crystals, and the like.

You have access to a Pokemon Storage System similar to that to Bill’s and its derivates, allowing you to store thousands of Pokemon. You also gain Pastures that allow similar and can freely intermix with the Storage System. This Storage System and Pasture can freely integrate with similar things, such as a Digifarm from Digimon or the Storage Systems in the Pokemon series. The Storage System is extra-hardened against hacking and the like, mostly preventing stunts like what Team Plasma did. Optionally, you gain a Box Link expansion to your Storage System, allowing you to access it in most places instead of on a dedicated computer like those in Pokemon Centers and Pokemon Labs.

Optionally, you have gained the Burst ability and become a Burst Warrior. This allows you to temporarily fuse with a Burst Heart or a Pokemon you have deep trust with to enter a Burst form, greatly increasing your physical traits and gaining the Pokemon’s powers alongside some special skills based on it. You may also gain one or more Burst Hearts of your choice (except for the Creation Trio and Arceus). Burst Hearts are special jewels with a Pokemon sealed inside. The Pokemon you fuse with (Burst Heart or not) grow stronger as you battle fused with it and can potentially evolve as a result, changing the Burst form appropriately. A Burst user can also mentally project into a Burst Heart to bond with the Pokemon inside and improve their connection. It is also possible for you to teach others this ability.

Optionally, you gain a large stock and variety of Berry seeds to plant and grow into Berry Trees.

Optionally, you can have Pokemon appear in worlds you go to, potentially causing new species or new or appropriate regional forms to appear depending on the environment.

You may gain any Pokemon characters of your choice as your companions. By default you will quickly grow a bond with them. You may choose what relationships you will develop with each of these companions (being lovers, friends, etc.). If relevant (self-insert into their world, world merge, etc.), you are guaranteed to meet these companions in-universe, meeting them in positive circumstances (this resurrects companions dead by that point, which may draw attention).

Optionally, you may Self-Insert into Pokemon, a variant (fanfics, etc.), or any series with official crossovers with Pokemon works (the series in Smash Bros, etc.). You may choose when, where, and what world. The specifics are up you; maybe you get dropped in (default), maybe you insert yourself into or replace a certain character, maybe you get reincarnated, maybe you get merged with a local counterpart of yourself, etc.
