Essence of theTraveler (Genshin Impact)

You become the Traveler from the Genshin Impact universe (Aether if male, Lumine if female), and gain their powers, stats, memories, and experiences.

You may retain your current body instead of transforming into the Traveler’s. At your choice, its apparent age changes to reflect the Traveler’s.

You gain the Traveler’s various skills (swordsmanship, cooking, climbing, air gliding, swimming, alchemy, boat riding, etc.).

You may or may not be immortal, or at least extremely long lived, as the Traveler and their sibling are over 500 years old and look like teenagers.

You gain the ability to fly and travel between worlds, as well as a variety of elemental powers (Anemo/Wind, Geo/Earth, Electro/Lightning, Pyro/Fire, Hydro/Water, Cryo/Ice, and Dendro/Life).

You have resistance to corruptive influences and curses, as well as the ability to purify such things.

You gain the companionship of a small fairy-like girl named Paimon. She won’t ever betray you, but she is not very smart.

Teyvat is always on the list of worlds you can travel to.

Optionally, the Traveler’s twin/sibling also joins you, but depending on the timeline it may be very awkward at first. The twin is Lumine if you are male or Aether if you are female.

You may have any characters of your choice from the Genshin Impact setting that aren’t already listed above as companions. By default, your relationship with them is whatever relationship the Traveler has with them (if any), but you may choose it to be anything you want (such as if they are in love with you or whatever else). These companions have whatever they usually do (weapons, items, outfits, and so on).

Optionally, you may insert yourself into Genshin Impact (more specifically into Teyvat) as the Traveler, at any point in the timeline. If you insert yourself into or travel to Teyvat, you are guaranteed to meet the various characters the Traveler meets over Genshin Impact’s story and any chosen companions (assuming you haven’t already met them by that point). This could potentially resurrect companions that were already dead by that point in the timeline, which may draw attention.
